As Head of UX at Instantprint, I am responsible for ensuring the end to end customer experience is consistently delightful.

As Head of UX at Instantprint I sit within the senior management team and have responsibility for defining the end to end customer experience, alongside helping to develop our omnichannel strategy.
I work cross departmentally in a fully Agile environment, empathetically advocating the best principles of customer experience and brand governance across all digital platforms including online, mobile, tablet, social, customer service and live chat.
As well as being both knowledgeable and articulate in user experience disciplines such as information architecture, usability, and design and evaluation; I also have a strong working proficiency in content strategy, excellent analytical skills and experience working with external agencies for user testing and research.
User experience (UX) is the way a person feels about using a product, system or service. User experience highlights the experiential, affective, meaningful and valuable aspects of human-computer interaction and product ownership, but it also includes a person’s perceptions of the practical aspects such as utility, ease of use and efficiency of the system. User experience is subjective in nature, because it is about an individual’s feelings and thoughts about the system. User experience is dynamic, because it changes over time as the circumstances change.
